Cuba Gooding Jr has been sued by two women who accused him of sexual assault. The cases against the actor resulted in a criminal prosecution, but he served no jail time. One woman claimed that Gooding forcibly kissed her without her consent in 2018, while the other accused him of groping her breast in 2019.
