Hollywood Strike: Studios make 'final offer'

Negotiators for Hollywood actors are considering a new proposal from major studios to end a four-month-long strike. The proposal addresses issues such as higher compensation in the streaming TV era and protections around the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) presented the offer, and the union is currently reviewing it. The strike, along with a previous writers' strike, has cost the California economy at least $6 billion.
