Shakti Kapoor recalls how Vinod Khanna gave him a home

Much before Qurbani turned Shakti Kapoor into a household name, the actor was battling anonymity in Bombay. Roles were scarce, money even scarcer, and the future uncertain. Looking back, Shakti admitted that he was barely managing in a city that gives little room to those on the margins. He recalled how Vinod Khanna offered him his Juhu home to stay as a paying guest and how a road accident with Feroz Khan changed his life.
